Job summary
Rockwell Automation in Netherlands or Germany is seeking an Engineer, Remote Support to provide technical assistance to field engineers and product support personnel, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a hybrid model.
You will work on Logix controller, Powerflex and Kinetix systems and related products, with Dutch and English fluency required, and opportunities for knowledge sharing and career development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science or information systems, or relevant experience with Rockwell Automation.
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills are mandatory for the role.
- Knowledge of industrial automation product range and software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues on Power and Control hardware, VFD, and motion systems.
- Create and publish knowledgebase articles.
- Deliver high-quality customer service from start to resolution.
- Support the Dutch-speaking portfolio of customers in a hybrid work model.
- Shift work Monday to Friday between 8–17.
