EAE Solutions BV in the Netherlands is seeking an International Service Engineer to support premium customers with controls and industrial software. You will diagnose complex malfunctions, optimize PLC/HMI networks, and travel to site visits as needed.

You combine electronics depth with PC/PLC knowledge, work independently on multiple issues, and communicate clearly to maximise system availability and customer satisfaction. Travel about 30% and join a global, innovative team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
Proven experience in technical support or service, incl. on-site commissioning.
Strong background in industrial automation and software systems.
Willingness to travel ~30% and participate in 24/7 support.
Experience in intralogistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical contact for high-end customers, addressing Malfunctions, performance issues and service requests.
Analyze system behavior using log data, measurements and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
Optimize PLC configurations, HMI/SCADA, and industrial networks to improve reliability and performance.
Perform site analyses and implement sustainable root-cause solutions while maintaining clear customer communication.
