Jobgether is seeking an HR & People Operations Expert to design realistic, multi-step HR tasks for payroll, workforce planning, and policy interpretation. You will develop objective evaluation criteria and supporting documentation, enabling consistent, high-quality assessments by reviewers worldwide.

The role is remote, international, and contract-based, with a 12-month horizon, part-time hours (about 10 per week), and a competitive hourly rate.

Formación

• Hands-on payroll, workforce planning, or employee lifecycle experience.
• Experience developing or evaluating HR policies and checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and objective assessment design.
• Proficient in handling HR reference materials and documentation.
• Written and spoken English at least B2; higher (C1) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design realistic HR tasks including payroll operations and workforce planning.
• Create structured evaluation criteria and rubrics for consistent scoring.
• Assess professional judgment through HR scenario analyses.
• Prepare supporting HR materials like policies and employment documents.
• Ensure tasks are clear, complete, and easy to evaluate.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver assignments on time.
