Job summary

Micro1 is seeking a contractor to design multi-step HR tasks for payroll, workforce planning, and policy applications. You will build realistic scenarios, source supporting materials, and define objective grading criteria to ensure consistent reviews.

This role emphasizes judgment over lookup and requires strong English and HR domain experience. As a zzp contractor, you will deliver approved tasks on schedule and maintain high quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on payroll, workforce planning, or HR policy experience.
• Experience creating structured HR standards and checklists.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents.
• HR certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step HR tasks with realistic reference files and clear instructions.
• Define objective grading criteria for consistent reviews.
• Create or source supporting HR materials like payroll reports and agreements.
• Flag ambiguous tasks and deliver on time and quality.
• Deliver tasks at required quality level.
