WeGrow seeks an HR Manager to lead payroll and full employee lifecycle at our Vianen-based operations. This part-time role (20 hours/week) covers contracts, payroll, absences, evaluations and HR inquiries. You will build scalable HR processes as the company grows, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate manages onboarding, offboarding, and policy updates with strong communication, Dutch-English fluency, and hands-on payroll experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as HR generalist or HR officer with payroll administration.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and Wet verbetering poortwachter.
• Accurate, discreet handling of salaries and personal data.
• Strong communication skills; approachable and clear.
• Proactive, self-motivated with problem-solving mindset.

• Oversee monthly payroll cycles with approvals and timely submissions.
• Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and terminations.
