Job summary

Codekeeper is hiring an HR Talent & Performance Coordinator in a remote-first setup with a central office in The Hague. You will own recruitment, coordinate performance management, and support HR operations across the organization.

You will work closely with managers to drive goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development opportunities, while refining processes and contributing to our evolving HR practices. Early applications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 1–2 years in HR or recruitment
• Background in recruitment with screening, interviewing and candidate assessment
• Experience in performance coaching

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: source, post, and optimize job openings; design and manage application and screening processes; expand recruitment reach and candidate engagement.
• Screening & Interviewing: collaborate with managers to define role requirements; conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates.
• Offer Management: present job offers with terms, remuneration, and benefits.
• Performance Management: coordinate goal setting, reviews, feedback; support development and recognize performance.
• Process Optimization: explore new tools and strategies; document procedures and workflows.
• HR Management: develop and document HR procedures; manage onboarding processes.
• Employee Relations: organize team gatherings to foster engagement and culture
