Job summary

TPA Global, Netherlands, is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to manage marketing campaigns, customer database, and automated communications. You will support lead generation, help run campaigns and turn leads into customers through email marketing, CRM management, and campaign optimization.

This role offers an international environment with an Amsterdam/ Diemen office and hybrid work options, including two days per week from home, plus 25 paid holidays per year.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM technologies; Pipedrive is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building and managing email campaigns at a global scale; ActiveCampaign is a plus.
• Experience with analytics tools and extracting insights from data.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Experience in B2B international environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean lead and contact data in Pipedrive CRM.
• Build and optimize automations to improve workflows and lead management.
• Track, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs.
• Assist with website updates and support email campaigns and automations.
• Support creation of marketing materials.
• Research industry trends and create content for marketing channels.
• Help coordinate weekly meetings with the CEO and assist with ad-hoc projects.

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to help manage our marketing campaigns, customer database, and automated communication flows.

You will support lead generation, help lead marketing campaigns and turn leads into customers through email marketing, CRM management, and campaign optimization.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean up lead and contact data in Pipedrive CRM;


• Build and optimize automations to improve workflows and lead management;


• Track, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs;


• Assist with website updates and support email marketing campaigns and automations;


• Support with the creation of marketing materials;


• Conduct research on industry trends, and create content for marketing channels;


• Help arrange weekly meetings with CEO;


• Perform daily administrative tasks and assist management with ad-hoc projects.

Who you are

We anticipate that candidates have the following personal qualities and professional qualifications:

• A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields;


• 2+ years of relevant work experience;


• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM technologies, experience with Pipedrive is a plus;


• Hands-on experience building and managing email campaigns at a global scale, experience with ActiveCampaign is a plus;


• Experienced using a variety of analytics tools/platforms and the ability to extract actionable insights from data;


• Fluency in English is essential;


• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset;


• Experience working in B2B international business environments is a plus.
