Job summary

Hef Associates in Rotterdam is seeking a Senior Application Manager for Finance and HR to lead the functional management and development of enterprise applications within the Shared Service Group. You will bridge business needs and IT, driving harmonization of processes and continuous improvements across global teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing implementations, supporting interfaces, and guiding international stakeholders.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in functional application management and/or business analysis.
Understanding Finance Processes and ERP transitions.
Proactive mindset focused on process optimization and workflow improvement.
Demonstrable experience with ERP transitions and user adoption.
Experience in international and multicultural environments.
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Functional support for global enterprise applications.
Coordinating and supporting implementation projects and application interfaces.
Initiating and implementing continuous improvements and handling change requests.
Acting as a connecting link between business and IT; translating business requirements into effective IT solutions.
Aligning and standardizing processes within international teams.
Guiding, coaching, and mentoring (junior) colleagues worldwide.
Management of incidents, problems, changes, suppliers, and application lifecycle.
