Job summary

HSO International is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Senior Consultant to lead finance module implementations for global clients. You will design and manage cloud-based solutions, collaborate with cross-border teams, and drive finance transformation projects from workshops to deployment.

The role requires extensive experience with GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, and consolidation, as well as strong stakeholder communication in English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on finance modules.
• Proven track record as a lead consultant on international ERP implementations.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting).
• Collaborate with international clients to translate business needs into scalable finance solutions.
• Conduct workshops, design sessions, and training for key users.
• Configure and customize finance modules to meet client requirements.
• Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
• Provide expert advice on finance best practices, compliance, and process optimization.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design.
