Job summary

BCD Travel seeks a Consultant, Service Development to drive successful project delivery across Europe, collaborating with Operations and local leaders to implement best practices. The role focuses on new processes, technology, and multinational standards tailored to local needs.

You will support initiatives, manage resources, and ensure project standards are met while delivering meaningful business benefits. English fluency and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Prior corporate travel industry experience including customer-facing agency operations.
• Proficient in doing customer discovery and documentation.
• Thorough knowledge of internal BCD Travel operational processes and services.
• Extensive knowledge of BCD Travel client and internal technologies (GDS, scripts, TA, OBT’s, fulfillment technology etc.)
• Good communication and influencing skills with a proven history of collaborating with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives and ensure all project standards are adhered to and the agreed business benefits are realized.
• Serve as a process, project and/or product subject matter expert.
• Serve as liaison between the account, the region and the project team.
• Facilitate effective communication for successful project completion.
• Coordinate resources for implementations of new processes, standards and technology.
• Analyze business issues and define possible solutions for productivity increases.
