Zusammenfassung

BCD Travel seeks a Business & Client Analyst to support leadership with financial analysis, ROI modeling, benchmarking and trending data from client and internal perspectives. This remote role involves ad hoc reporting, data quality checks, and coordinating with account management and other departments.

You'll develop PowerPoint presentations, review costs, identify savings opportunities, and monitor variances to budget while communicating insights to senior management. Fluent English required.

Qualifikationen

• Prior financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Knowledge of business and client management.
• Knowledge of BCD Travel products and services.
• Advanced skills on Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good command of English.

Aufgaben

• Develop PowerPoint presentations to support client reviews, project management, and project lead activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance against contractual terms.
• Review financials for cost reduction, track variances to budget, and recommend opportunities to senior management for reducing expenses and increasing revenues.
• Review client data for trends in specific areas important to client or industry changes.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly ad hoc or program reports, according to deadlines, review and assure data quality.
• Interface with appropriate departments assuring database maintenance.
• Facilitate effective communication with all levels of the account management team.
