Job summary

BCD Travel is hiring a Business & Client Analyst for a remote role across Europe. You will support leadership with financial analysis, ROI modeling, and ad hoc reporting, delivering accurate data and insights to drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities include preparing client reviews, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining data quality while collaborating with account teams. Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are essential.

• Deliver monthly and quarterly ad hoc or program reports, according to deadlines, review and assure data quality.
• Interface with appropriate departments assuring database maintenance.
• Facilitate effective communication with all levels of the account management team

You will be responsible for supporting the leadership team in financial analysis, business and ROI modeling, benchmarking and trending data from the client and internal perspective, ad hoc reporting and analytics, and projects.

What You'll Do

• Develop PowerPoint presentations to support client reviews, project management, and project lead activities

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

• Spain: 30,700- 34,800 EUR
• France: 31,304 - 55,800 EUR
• Germany: 35,200- 57,500 EUR
• Netherlands: 41,900 - 49,300 EUR

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
