Jobgether SRL seeks a Global Director – Accounts Payable to lead the worldwide Procure-to-Pay function, spanning procurement operations, AP processes, and governance across multiple countries. You will establish consistent policies, strengthen controls, and drive automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related discipline preferred.
• At least eight years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, P2P operations, shared services, or finance leadership.
• Global experience managing processes across countries/entities.
• Strong understanding of full P2P lifecycle: onboarding, purchasing, invoicing, payments, and vendor governance.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms, and automation tech.
• Proven ability to enforce purchasing policies, prevent fraud, and manage payment risk.
• Experience leading process standardization, centralization, and automation.
• Ability to manage shared services performance with measurable SLAs.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to M&A integration and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Lead global Procure-to-Pay operations end-to-end.
• Establish and govern global procurement and AP policies and SLAs.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive process centralization, standardization, and automation.
• Oversee ERP-enabled controls and OCR-assisted workflows.
• Monitor shared services performance, KPIs, and escalation handling.
• Manage corporate card and expense policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Treasury, IT, and Ops for vendor compliance.
• Support integration of acquired businesses and migration of vendor data.
• Improve reporting, FP&A data quality, and financial visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable processes across geo locations.
