Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline; 3+ years in technical/support engineering.
• Experience in Linux system administration, especially CentOS/RHEL.
• Strong debugging and incident-management with logs, monitoring tools, and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Own technical support tickets end-to-end, from investigation to resolution.
• Provide product guidance, best practices, and technical processes to customers.
• Diagnose issues using Linux, logs, networking, databases, and APIs.
• Maintain ticket documentation and customer communication with SLAs.
• Create knowledge-base articles to reduce recurring issues.
