Lever, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Manager (Freelance) based in the Netherlands for a fully remote role across Europe.

You will drive and optimize paid media for the UK market, managing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and native platforms like Taboola/Outbrain, with focus on CPL, volume, lead quality, and ROI. You’ll own campaign performance, partner with international teams including Data, CRO, and UX, and implement advanced optimization tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience with UK market and B2B is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to tie metrics to business outcomes.
• Fluent English; comfortable in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and native platforms.
• Own KPIs including CPL, lead volume, lead quality, and ROI.
• Analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Apply advanced optimization techniques for structure, bidding, targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with international teams across Account Management, Data, CRO, and UX.
• Proactively propose new strategies, tests, and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare clear KPI reports with insights and recommended actions.
• Maintain focus on measurable outcomes and lead generation.
