Lever, Inc., listed through a partner, seeks a Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist based in the Netherlands. This hands-on role drives customer acquisition via Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, owning campaigns end-to-end—from audience strategy to landing page optimization and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience with lead generation, booking demos, trials or signups funnels.
• Proficient with Meta Pixel, Conversions API and attribution.
• Familiarity with GA, GTM, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience using AI tools for creative generation, copy, or workflow automation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Meta Ads strategies across Facebook and Instagram from planning to optimization and scaling.
• Build campaigns focused on lead generation, bookings, demos, trials and signups.
• Develop audience strategies using interest targeting, lookalikes, retargeting and funnel segmentation.
• Manage advertising budgets and pacing to align with lead quality and business outcomes.
• Create and test multiple creative concepts, messaging angles, hooks, and formats.
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, research, copy development, and testing.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors for creative production support.
• Establish structured testing frameworks and apply learnings to future iterations.
• Own or support landing pages for paid campaigns and optimize copy and structure.
