Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a B2B Meta Ads Creative Producer (Contract) based in the Netherlands. You will own ideation and production of paid social creatives for established DTC brands, covering static ads, carousels, and short-form video using real data and performance insights.

You will work with a paid media team, testing hooks and formats across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and iterate quickly based on performance. This remote contract role offers up to 10 hours per week and schedule autonomy.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating experience producing paid social advertising across static ads, carousels, and short-form video.
• At least one or more case studies showing brief, concept, execution, and measurable results.
• Strong understanding of creative diversification and distinction between new concepts vs minor variations.
• Awareness of social media trends, hooks, formats, sounds across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Strong editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.
• Ability to produce creative efficiently without sacrificing quality or detail.
• Ability to translate advertising data insights into new creative ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal English, especially for overlays and ad messaging.
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset with openness to feedback.
• Ownership and initiative to drive performance-focused ads.

Responsibilities

• Review ad account performance and use data to ideate new concepts.
• Produce 4–10 new Meta ads weekly across formats.
• Create creatives from existing footage, stock, screenshots, and overlays.
• Maintain diverse concepts, angles, formats, personas, and messaging.
• Monitor trends and platform-native styles across Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Iterate on high performers and improve underperformers.
• Use hooks, CTR, conversions to guide future ideas.
• Pitch new creative ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with paid media to align with campaign goals.
• Deliver high-quality creative at speed.
