Jobgether is seeking a Freelance Campaign Manager for influencer marketing across Europe. You will lead campaigns from discovery through delivery and reporting, working with creators, clients, and cross-functional teams to meet brand and performance targets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in influencer marketing, strong negotiation and budget skills, and fluency in English plus another European language. Remote, international collaboration, and flexible tempo are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
• Experience managing high-volume influencer campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Based in Europe or the United Kingdom, available across European hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale influencer campaigns from discovery to reporting.
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, briefs, and content delivery.
• Coordinate budgets, timelines, and approvals.
• Monitor KPIs like CPV, reach, and engagement.
