Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Freelance Creative Lead / Creative Strategist to work remotely from the Netherlands. You will shape the creative direction for three brands, translating performance data into actionable strategies and establishing a structured testing framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in creative strategy, art direction, or leadership.
• Ability to translate performance metrics into scalable concepts.
• Experience building a structured creative testing framework.
• Strong eye for quality and final decision authority.
• Excellent messaging, copywriting, and audience relevance.
• Experience guiding or coordinating creative teams across brands.
• Fluent German; very good English for internal collaboration.
• Collaborative mindset with content and performance marketing teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy, quality assurance, and content planning across three brands.
• Translate data and audience insights into actionable creative recommendations.
• Develop and manage a structured testing framework with measurable learnings.
• Define creative angles, hooks, formats, and audience-specific messaging.
• Evaluate metrics and scale proven concepts across brands.
• Provide final approval for assets and give actionable feedback.
• Own content pipeline, prioritization, and cross-brand workflows.
• Evolve brand positioning while guiding development of a developing brand.
• Improve ideation, testing, evaluation, and iteration using structured processes.
