Job summary

Jobgether partners with a Netherlands-based client to recruit an Influencer Performance Creative who will transform influencer advertising into growth. You will blend creative strategy, performance analysis, and experimentation across markets to maximize campaign impact.

You'll develop creative briefs for influencers, manage budgets including YouTube spends, and leverage AI tools to accelerate insights. English proficiency is preferred; remote/hybrid work is available with opportunities across

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing creative briefs for influencer advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize performance.
• Experience managing influencer advertising budgets, including YouTube spend.
• Experience collaborating with influencer teams across markets.
• Proficiency with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, creative angles, and effective formats.
• Develop a high volume of actionable influencer briefs tailored to countries and audiences.
• Review influencer content and provide feedback to improve messaging and performance.
• Design, implement, and manage A/B tests across creatives and markets.
• Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Manage and optimize influencer advertising budgets, including YouTube spend.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze performance data and accelerate insights.
• Communicate insights to influencer managers, media buyers, and leadership.
• Collaborate with influencer teams to align strategy with business objectives.
