Job summary

Influentials is seeking a Medior Influencer Campaign Manager to independently set up and manage influencer and UGC campaigns from A to Z. You will be the bridge between client and creator, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver results.

Based in Rotterdam or Amsterdam, you will advise clients on creator strategies, manage relationships, and monitor progress, deadlines, and budgets while producing clear reports and insights.

Qualifications

• HBO or WO degree in communications, marketing, media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing and campaign management.
• Available to work 5 days a week and prefer office-based work.
• Proactive, independent, and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of campaigns from briefing to evaluation.
• Advise clients on creators and translate goals into a concrete campaign plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and creators with clear, professional communication.
• Monitor campaign progress including deadlines, budgets, and quality.
• Analyze results and turn them into clear reports.
• Identify market trends and translate insights for clients and colleagues.
