Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment represents a client in the EV and charging infrastructure sector seeking a Sr Business Controller in Amsterdam on a hybrid basis. You will partner with Directors and the Board to steer performance growth and strategic initiatives.

You will analyse KPIs, develop reliable three-statement models and scenario analyses, track opex and capex across Europe, and identify opportunities to optimise financial operations for a rapidly expanding network, collaborating across

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English and any other European language.
Hands-on, inquisitive attitude with ability to influence board decisions.
Comfort working with large, complex datasets and the tools that manage them.

Responsibilities

Analyze KPIs and dashboards, highlight trends and provide expert advice to help Business Managers hit their goals.
Build reliable three-statement financial models and scenario analyses for cash management and high-stakes investment decisions.
Track opex and capex across Europe, benchmarking performance and aligning updated estimates with the business.
Identify opportunities to boost financial performance and proactively optimize business processes, ensuring financial operations are lean, scalable, and ready to support a rapidly expanding network.
Work on diverse projects involving commercial propositions, marketing activities, operations, retail, product & engineering in a high-growth, international environment.
