Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in presales or related roles.
• Deep understanding of at least two to three Observability technologies.
• Experience with cloud providers and modern application architectures.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate needs of the Solutions Engineering Team.
• Design and deliver technical presentations and workshops.
• Create training materials and manage customer engagements.
