Job summary

Grafana Labs, a remote-first company, seeks a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the NEMEA region to build and lead a high-performing Presales SE team. You will partner with Sales leadership to drive adoption of Grafana OSS and cloud products through professional services, training, and customer success.

You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmaps and ensure customer value, while meeting and exceeding regional targets in a dynamic, global company.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in high tech, leading roles such as Developer, Architect, Sales Engineer, or Manager.
• Proven success in fast-paced, remote-first startups.
• Mentoring and performance management experience.
• Experience with Open Source or Cloud-first go-to-market motions is a plus.
• Experience with formal sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) and value selling.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a team of Presales SEs.
• Lead with servant leadership and balanced field responsibilities.
• Direct planning and outcomes for the region with leadership guidance.
• Partner with Benelux/NEMEA Sales on programs and events to drive adoption.
• Sponsorship of key accounts and acting as a thought leader to customers and Grafana.
