MSX International is looking for a Technical Support member in Amsterdam to deliver high-quality assistance to the Aftersales Network and support complex repairs. Candidates should be certified Master Technicians with strong diagnostic skills and fluency in Dutch.

Qualifications

• Trained and certified as ‘Master Technician’ or equivalent.
• Experience in electrical diagnosis skills.
• High voltage/EV experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to the Aftersales Network and Field Service Engineer Team.
• Manage the internal process of escalation.
• Create ad hoc reporting based on Technical Support processes.
