Job summary
AgXeed in the Netherlands is seeking a Service Engineer to support our autonomous tractors for customers and dealers worldwide. You will troubleshoot technical issues remotely via our helpdesk and perform on-site maintenance and repairs at customer and dealer locations, including commissioning and upgrades.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics and robotics.
- Digital skills and comfort with technical software.
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical issues; maintenance/repair of agricultural machinery advantageous.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication; German a plus.
- Willing to travel internationally ~50% and hold a valid category B driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site service for AgXeed autonomous tractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via helpdesk; perform maintenance/ repairs.
- Support commissioning and upgrades; document findings and technical information.
- Collaborate with product/engineering teams to relay customer needs and market feedback.
