Job summary

TSMG in Rotterdam, Netherlands, is seeking Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technicians to support maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and operational readiness of autonomous ride-hailing fleets across Europe.

You will collaborate with AV Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, SDS Specialists, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and keep electric and autonomous vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for daily deployment in robotaxi programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive experience.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Experience with EV systems and high-voltage safety.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in shift-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms and autonomous driving hardware.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Update vehicle software and validate post-repair performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation.
• Lead shifts and guide junior technicians when required.
