Job summary

XPENG is seeking an Aftersales - Technical Support Engineer for Europe. You will provide frontline technical support to the XPENG network and internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the quality management system to ensure smooth operation of our EVs and services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, 5+ years in aftersales support in automotive, strong EV knowledge, great problem-solving and English communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related technical field.
5+ years experience in technical Aftersales support in automotive.
Strong technical knowledge with EVs and ability to understand complex systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and spoken English; another European language a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support as the first contact for the network’s inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with quality engineering, product development, sales and others to resolve issues.
Identify trends from systems (e.g. Scepter, DMS) and contribute to continuous improvement.
Prepare and write technical bulletins and campaign information for markets.
Manage technical repair manuals, wiring diagrams and related docs.
Develop and deliver training for internal teams and aftersales network.
Investigate root causes of quality issues and help define corrective actions.
