Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior project managers to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will run cross‑functional programs and own the reporting cadence for executive decks and milestone reviews.

This remote, part‑time role offers $70/hour for 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. You’ll craft high‑impact PowerPoint slides and clear communications for steering committees and portfolio reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations.
• Prepare executive escalation one-pagers and portfolio review materials.
