Ethos is seeking a programme manager to help train an AI model on professional presentation tasks and slide deck production. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations across steering committees, status reports, risk dashboards, milestone reviews, and executive summaries.

You will bring 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership, and demonstrate ownership of executive reporting cadences with expert PowerPoint skills and precise written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone reviews, executive escalations.
