Job summary

CAI Software is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our EMEA team. This remote role can be based anywhere in the UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands or Germany.

You will lead implementation, upgrade and installation projects and provide post-go-live consultancy to a global customer base. You will train colleagues, partner with cross-functional teams, and maintain project status reports while travelling occasionally across Europe, the Middle East and Africa as needed to deliver

Qualifications

• Fluency in verbal and written English and French.
• Troubleshoot server and system issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows server environments.
• Support installations, upgrades and integrations.
• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• SQL Server knowledge, including writing SELECT and UPDATE scripts.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot Windows IIS.
• Experience in the print industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, upgrade and installation projects to a successful conclusion.
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing consultancy.
• Partner with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Mentor and provide application training to colleagues and new hires.
• Maintain a high standard of personal administration.
