Job summary

Autodesk Consulting is seeking a senior Business Consultant to join the Northern Europe team in a remote role. You will partner with large customers to shape transformation strategies, target operating models, and credible roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes across AECO sectors.

You will lead executive workshops and collaborate with technical teams to turn strategy into delivery plans. Fluent English is required, Dutch and other European languages are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex strategy and transformation engagements in AECO or related industries.
• Fluent English required; Dutch and other European languages valued.
• Ability to discuss capabilities, workflow fit, data, interoperability and business value without hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and transformation teams.
• Define outcome-driven transformation strategies and operating models.
• Assess operating models, processes, data, and digital workflows for improvements.
• Define target-state roadmaps, business cases, and benefits realization plans.
• Lead executive workshops and align stakeholders across organizations.
• Advise on how Autodesk and AECO technologies support business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for data, automation and AI based on value and governance.
