Qualifications

• Experience in corporate travel and customer-facing agency operations.
• Proficient in customer discovery and documenting findings.
• Extensive knowledge of BCD Travel client and internal technologies.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives and ensure project standards are adhered to and the agreed business benefits are realized
• Serve as a process, project and/or product subject matter expert
• Serve as liaison point between the account, the region and the project team
• Facilitate effective communication as required for successful project completion
• Coordinate resources for successful implementations of new processes, standardizations and technology
• Analyze business issues, defines possible solutions aiming for the best productivity increase
