Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Email Marketing Manager based in the Netherlands to build the lifecycle marketing function for a B2C subscription product. You will own the end-to-end email funnel, from onboarding to win-back campaigns, and work with Product, UX, and Analytics to drive measurable revenue growth.

You will audit, design, and run experiments, segment audiences, and optimize deliverability across international markets while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Able to demonstrate 2+ years of commercial Email Marketing for B2C subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Audit and improve email flows (onboarding, abandoned checkout, retention).
• Create backlog of hypotheses and run A/B tests.
• Design, launch, and evaluate campaigns.
• Segment audiences by behavior and geography.
• Track the full email funnel and measure revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics for tracking and attribution.
• Ensure deliverability and list health.
• Maintain GDPR and other regulatory compliance.
• Write and optimize email copy with UX collaboration.
• Present data-backed strategies to leadership.
