Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Growth Lead for its discovery marketplace, based in the Netherlands, with a remote-first posture. You will own demand-generation, drive GMV growth, and manage lifecycle marketing across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of owning and growing revenue or GMV across multiple channels.
• Experience building lifecycle email programs from scratch.
• Ability to acquire email subscribers and increase long-term value.
• Hands-on growth execution: campaigns, pages, reporting, analysis.
• Strong understanding of marketplace business models and network effects.
• Excellent analytical and experimentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strategic judgment balancing long-term growth with short-term goals.
• Exceptional written and verbal English for asynchronous collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for the discovery marketplace across acquisition and conversion channels.
• Design and run continuous experimentation, including A/B tests on landing experiences.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle emails and automated campaigns.
• Scale organic growth via SEO and AEO to improve product discovery.
• Connect creators with buyers, analyze traffic and conversion by category.
• Establish growth reporting and measure funnel performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on data.
• Collaborate with GM, founders, product, marketing, analytics, and design.
• Write campaigns, build landing pages, engage with creators, and develop reporting.
• Rapidly test new approaches and refine strategy in a dynamic environment.
