Job summary

Jobgether partners with a client in the Netherlands to hire a Mobile Growth Manager – CRM (Braze). You will lead lifecycle marketing, build personalized campaigns, and optimize journeys across multiple mobile apps using Braze and modern analytics.

You will collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams, run experiments, design segments, and translate insights into growth actions with a focus on engagement, retention, and sustainable app growth in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Braze, Customer.io, Iterable or similar CRM platforms is required.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and interpreting results to drive improvements.
• Experience with mobile analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Periscope).
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with understanding of growth metrics.
• Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and automated lifecycle communications.
• Familiarity with HTML and troubleshooting email templates across devices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and optimize CRM campaigns using Braze with advanced segmentation.
• Build dynamic, behavior‑based campaigns and lifecycle journeys using Liquid logic.
• Manage and optimize Braze attributes to improve targeting and relevance.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to translate insights into CRM strategies.
• Design, test and refine HTML in Braze templates for cross‑device consistency.
• Execute A/B tests, analyze results, and improve engagement and retention.
• Monitor campaigns with mobile analytics platforms and recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance and training on Braze capabilities and integrations.
• Apply user psychology to lifecycle communications for sustainable growth.
