Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Sales Lead for the Netherlands Industry business to drive FOAMGLAS sales across the process industries. You will work with key accounts, contractors, and EPCs, managing tenders and maintenance projects while building strong relationships with decision-makers and technical authorities.

You will promote the full FOAMGLAS Industry portfolio, identify opportunities, and realize commercial value aligned with our segmentation strategy across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales for industrial projects.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Experience with long sales cycles and key account management.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the FOAMGLAS Industry portfolio in the Netherlands.
• Manage tenders and maintenance projects with EPCs, contractors and owners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with European sales teams to drive growth.
