Zusammenfassung

everox is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in the Netherlands. You will drive the sales pipeline, build long-term customer partnerships, and secure off-take agreements for our circular concrete materials while collaborating with our Technical Advisor.

You will travel across the Netherlands, maintain relationships with ready-mix and precast manufacturers, and help shape our expansion into international markets from our Rotterdam base.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of commercial sales experience within the Dutch concrete, cement or construction materials industry.
• A relevant technical degree (e.g. Civil Engineering or Materials Science), or equivalent professional experience.
• A proven track record of generating new sales and closing significant B2B commercial agreements, ideally involving high volumes, long-term supply or offtake agreements.
• A strong existing network within the Dutch concrete industry and a solid understanding of its customers, buying processes and commercial dynamics.
• Native or fluent Dutch and professional English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the sales pipeline for everox material offtake in the Netherlands.
• Proactively generate leads within the concrete industry, leveraging your existing industry network to engage key decision-makers.
• Convert opportunities into committed volumes and revenue; close deals.
• Manage CRM pipelines, forecasts and drive opportunities to closure.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract off-take agreements.
• Build strong relationships with ready-mix, precast concrete manufacturers and key stakeholders in the Netherlands.
• Collaborate with our Technical Advisor to support customer trials, technical validation and commercial adoption.
• Translate successful learnings into new sales opportunities and projects.
• Represent everox at industry network events and conferences.
• Coordinate with technical, production and supply teams to align customer opportunities with product readiness and available volumes.
• Provide structured customer, pricing and market feedback to the organisation.
• Support regulatory, certification and technical requirements throughout the sales process.
• Capture insights from the Dutch market and help build a scalable sales approach for future international markets.
• Contribute to the development of everox's international sales organisation as the company grows.
