Job summary

Workforce Europe seeks an experienced Industrial Insulation Fitter for long-term projects across the Netherlands. You will install and maintain thermal insulation on pipes, vessels, and equipment in industrial plants, refineries, and energy facilities.

You will read technical drawings, measure and cut insulation, and apply cladding while adhering to safety standards and collaborating with on-site teams. Accommodation and transport are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Industrial Insulation Fitter.
• Knowledge of insulation materials (Armaflex, rock wool, PIR, etc.).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• VCA certificate preferred.
• Experience in industrial or petrochemical environments is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• English communication skills.
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove industrial insulation materials on pipes, tanks, and machinery.
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials according to technical drawings.
• Apply finishing cladding (aluminum, stainless steel, or sheet metal).
• Work in compliance with strict industrial safety standards.
• Inspect insulation systems for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with scaffolders, welders, and mechanical teams on site.
