Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. This fully remote role requires you to work from Greece and offers €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months).

You will provide customer support by phone, email, and chat, assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties and returns, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Danish proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
