Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support customers across international projects from Greece. This fully remote role is based in Greece, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries, and returns, and maintain CRM records. Danish (C1/C2) and English (B2–C1) are required; relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Danish level C1/C2.
• English level B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
