WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support customers across international projects from Greece. This remote role offers training, onboarding, and opportunities for professional development while working with renowned brands.

Qualificações

• Danish language level: C1/C2.
• English level: B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
