Responsibilities

• Design and architect Idira solutions and planning documentation to meet customer needs.
• Understand customer goals to guide short- and long-term objectives while managing the full customer journey.
• Provide guidance on best practices and trends in privileged account security.
• Assess near-term needs to establish business priorities and advise on options, benefits and impact to current processes.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of large-scale IT systems, security risk management and vulnerabilities.
• Establish new standard approaches for deploying Idira’s solutions and securing privileged accounts.
• Serve as a technical expert to internal and external clients.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and clear communications with implementation teams, sales, product management and marketing.
• Resolve issues and escalations, setting correct expectations and ensuring the customer is heard.
