Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, professional services, or client-facing technical leadership.
• CISSP or equivalent security certification; Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Privileged account security, enterprise networking, databases, systems administration, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions and planning documentation to meet customer needs.
• Understand customer needs to provide recommendations for short and long-term goals across the customer journey.
• Provide guidance on best practices and trends in privileged account security.
• Assess near-term needs to establish business priorities and advise on options, benefits and impact to current business process.
• Demonstrate understanding of large-scale IT systems, regulatory risk management, and security vulnerabilities.
• Establish new standard approaches for deploying Idira’s solutions and securing privileged accounts.
• Serve as a technical expert to internal and external clients.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Communicate with customers and Idira teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Resolve customer issues and escalations while setting correct expectations.
