Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Practice Architect – Capability Development to advance technical and delivery capabilities across the Cortex & Cloud portfolio. You will develop enablement programs, lead workshops, and mentor consultants to enhance proficiency and delivery excellence.

You will engage with Professional Services, Customer Success, and strategic partners, shaping readiness for new products, AI capabilities, and COE methodologies while driving adoption and performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise security solutions within Professional Services.
• Deep expertise across Cortex technologies (XSIAM, XSOAR, Cortex XDR) and/or Cortex/Prisma Cloud.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing technical professionals.
• Experience designing and delivering technical learning programs, workshops, labs, or capability development initiatives.
• Strong customer facing consulting experience with the ability to coach through real‑world engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance technical and delivery capabilities across the Cortex & Cloud portfolio.
• Lead enablement programs, workshops, labs, and hands‑on learning sessions.
• Mentor consultants during customer engagements to strengthen technical execution.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Enablement, and partners.
• Provide strategic coaching and ensure COE standards are followed.
