Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Customer Success & Retention Manager based in the Netherlands. You will own the customer experience from onboarding through renewal, leading three customer-facing teams via their supervisors and shaping scalable processes that balance growth with regulatory compliance.

The role requires data-driven retention strategies, winback and loyalty programs, and ROI analysis of offers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer success, retention, or related leadership functions.
• Demonstrated ability to improve retention and LTV through data-driven initiatives.
• Experience scaling teams during growth with a focus on strategies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Support, Retention, and Winback through supervisors with clear objectives and structures.
• Own retention, churn, and LTV analysis; develop lifecycle programs and save plays.
• Oversee refunds, winback strategy, and loyalty initiatives across channels.
