Job summary

GenScript Europe Division in the Netherlands is hiring a Technical Account Representative (Technical Support Specialist) to bridge customers and internal teams. You will handle inquiries, provide technical guidance, and support sales with customized quotations and solutions in a fast-growing biotech environment.

The role requires a Master’s level life sciences background, strong lab skills, fluent English, and willingness to engage with multiple internal departments.

Qualifications

• .Master's degree in life sciences fields mandatory.
• Hands-on lab experience in molecular biology, protein science, or cell biology required.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills required.
• Previous industry experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take full charge of the daily operation of the customer service function handling inquiries, orders, and technical support.
• Provide primary technical guidance and translate customer requirements to internal teams.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers to deliver technical solutions and support growth.
• Occasionally attend trade shows and deliver technical presentations to customers.
