Job summary

Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology or similar.
- Near-native English; basic Dutch is a plus.
- Pragmatic, solution-driven mindset with independence and teamwork.
- Experience or affinity with next-generation sequencing (NGS).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting by email and remote sessions.
- Present product solutions and technical considerations in virtual discussions.
- Relay the customer perspective to cross-department teams with actionable feedback.
- Develop educational and marketing materials and organize webinars/workshops.
