Job summary
GenScript Europe Division, headquartered in Rijswijk, Netherlands, seeks a Technical Account Representative. You will bridge customers with internal teams, interpreting requirements and delivering accurate quotations.
The role blends scientific expertise with client interaction in a fast-growing biotech setting. Based in Rijswijk, the position starts with two months onsite training, then shifts to a hybrid model (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) for a full-time 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Cell biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular biology or relevant life science fields.
- Fluency in English; French or German a plus.
- Hands-on laboratory experience with molecular biology/biochemistry techniques.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of daily customer service operations handling inquiries on orders, technical support and quotations.
- Provide technical guidance and translate customer needs into actionable requirements for internal teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Project Management and Logistics to improve customer satisfaction.
- Occasionally participate in trade shows or technical presentations for customers.
