Job summary

GenScript Europe Division, headquartered in Rijswijk, Netherlands, is seeking a Technical Account Representative. You will bridge customers and internal teams, delivering technical quotations and tailored solutions within a fast-growing biotech environment.

The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Production, PM, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance, ensuring high customer satisfaction and accurate technical support. Training starts onsite, followed by hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or closely related field.
• Extensive hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). French or German a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily customer service operations including inquiries, orders, and technical support.
• Provide technical guidance and translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, PM, Marketing, Logistics and Finance to support customers.
• Occasionally represent GenScript at trade shows and present technical information.
